Welcome to our ramen shop! We are a family-owned and operated restaurant in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Our story begins with our parents, who started a small sushi restaurant in Santa Fe decades ago. As we grew up, we worked in the family business and developed a passion for bringing authentic Japanese food to our community.
After years of running our sushi restaurant, we were inspired by the success of our sister ramen shop, Naruto, in Albuquerque. We wanted to bring the same delicious and comforting bowls of ramen to Santa Fe, and continue our family legacy of serving authentic Japanese cuisine.
Mampuku Ramen
At our ramen shop, we're inspired by the philosophy of our mother's cooking. She taught us to always use healthy, wholesome ingredients and to pay attention to the balance of yin and yang in our food. This philosophy is rooted in her studies with George Ohsawa and his wife, Lima, the Japanese founders of modern macrobiotics in Tokyo in the 1960s.

We take this philosophy and apply it to every bowl of ramen we serve. Our menu is a collection of family recipes and techniques we've learned from our ramen guru, Kenichi Ota. We use the freshest ingredients and make our broth from scratch, simmering it for hours to ensure the richest flavor.
We're also inspired by the community of Santa Fe and the adventurous palates of our customers. We love seeing new faces in our restaurant, and we're always excited to share our passion for authentic Japanese cuisine with our community.
